I decided to create a list of goals that I want to achieve before September 18, 2010 – my 40th birthday.
- Lose at least 50 pounds
- Learn to love exercise again
- Play at least 3 songs on the piano/keyboard
- Be a Beachbody coach
- Be more assertive
I’ll probably add more to this list as we go along…who knows….but this is a starting place.
